ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Spanish-Speaking Services
As India is not a Spanish-speaking country, there is a limited
availability of Spanish-speaking personnel. Therefore, departure transfers
will always be provided with an English-speaking representative, and
occasionally the arrival transfer may also be operated with an English-speaking
representative.
Agra – Delhi Transfer
The Agra–Delhi Road journey is normally operated without a guide.
Amber Fort – Elephant Ride
There is a limited number of licensed elephants at Amber Fort. Under the
current regulations, each elephant can make only a limited number of rotations
each morning and can carry a maximum of two passengers.
Passengers wishing to take the elephant ride are therefore advised to arrive
early, as queues may be required and elephant rides cannot be reserved
in advance.
Despite our efforts, there may sometimes be an insufficient number of
elephants available due to the increasing number of visitors. In such
circumstances, Jeep will be used as the alternative to reach Amber Fort.
We kindly request that clients be informed of this possibility in
advance to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion.
Tour Policy
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION
- Prices
are calculated based on the rates and conditions currently in force.
Any changes in tariffs, government taxes, mandatory charges, service
charges or other applicable costs may result in a revision of our
quotation.
- Hotels
mentioned in the programme are subject to availability and may be replaced
by hotels of similar category.
- This
is a regular tour operated jointly with other tours, using the same guide
and transportation.
- As
this is a regular tour, modifications to the itinerary are not
permitted. No discount or refund will be provided for services not
used during the tour.
- IMPORTANT: No
booking can be considered confirmed until the required deposit has been
paid.
- Please
always specify the tour circuit using the exact titles indicated in our
programme, and not alternative titles used in your own catalogue.
RESPONSIBILITY
All arrangements relating to transfers, accommodation, transportation
and sightseeing excursions are made by DIVA as an agent, under the
express condition that DIVA shall not be responsible for any damage, injury,
loss, accident or irregularity that may arise from the actions or services of
any person or company engaged in operating the excursion.

Delayed or Misdirected
Baggage
In the event of delayed or misdirected baggage, passengers must go to
the airport to recover their luggage and complete the necessary customs
formalities. Unlike in Europe, the airline does not normally deliver the
recovered baggage directly to the passenger's hotel or residence.
Recovery of delayed or misdirected baggage is not included in the
tour price.
DIVA can provide assistance with baggage recovery for a net charge of USD
30 per case. If the baggage needs to be sent outside the city where it is
recovered, the additional transportation cost will be charged separately
against an official invoice/receipt, allowing the passenger to claim the amount
from the airline or their insurance company where applicable.
Additional Services
Any additional service requested during the tour must be paid
directly by the client.
If you wish to extend partial or full credit for any additional service,
this must be requested in advance and in writing, and a separate voucher
must be issued for the agreed credit.
CANCELLATION

charges.

than 6 days before departure: 100% cancellation
charges.

Show: 100% cancellation charges.
